At this time House of Kilu ships merchandise to locations within the United States. Purchased items will be shipped within 7 business days after the date of purchase (excluding weekends)

Pre-Ordered items are items reserved with an estimated shipping date. Estimated shipping dates are ESTIMATED and may change depending on the vendor.

All pre-orders MUST be paid in full at the time of reservation. Customers will be notified via email when item(s) are ready to ship. Pre-Orders are treated as all other purchases. Orders cannot be cancelled once orders are completed with an order number. 

Our shipping days are Mondays and Wednesdays excluding holidays.
